The Bureaus of Committees will hold a meeting between 18th and 19th October 2005. The Discussion will focus primarily on developing a strategic plan for each of the ten Permanent Committees of the Pan-African Parliament.

Organisations such as African Capacity Building Foundation, AWEPA, European Parliament, GTZ and UNDESA, have extended resource support to assist with the drafting of the strategic plans and give guidance such that a realistic vision is attained that is pragmatic, achievable and can be monitored and evaluated.

Preparations for the 4th Ordinary Session scheduled for 21st November to 2nd December 2005 will also take centre stage as careful planning and execution is critical in delivering a successful 4th Session.
